Hitachi Energy Finland Oy is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales in the HV market, developing customer relationships in Vaasa, Lappeenranta or Vantaa. You will own sales cases from first discussion through quotation and order, while expanding your technical understanding of our products, services, and solutions.

You will engage with customers to identify needs, translate them into value-adding service solutions, and collaborate with internal experts to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and visits.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into value-adding service solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to quotation and order closure.
• Prepare technically and commercially sound offers with internal experts.
• Support customers in finding technically and commercially suitable lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support growth.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting and targets achievement.
