Job summary

Sweco, a leader in industrial projects, seeks a Project Director to lead large, multidisciplinary investments from development through handover. Projects cover process industries, data centres, and energy, delivered under EPCM or similar models.

You will shape strategy, manage budgets, schedules and interfaces, and build high-performing teams while collaborating with clients and partners. Travel within Finland and internationally is expected to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior project leadership roles delivering industrial investments.
• Experience with EPCM, PMC or Owner's Engineering delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary industrial projects from development through handover, including commissioning.
• Oversee strategic and commercial delivery, managing schedules, budgets, risks and interfaces.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
