Job summary

Sweco is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large industrial investment projects in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting. You will oversee projects from early development through execution, commissioning and handover, ensuring integration across engineering, procurement and construction.

You will drive strategic and commercial project success, managing complex interfaces and liaising with clients and partners across Finland and abroad.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant technical degree (BSc, MSc or equivalent engineering qualification) and 10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects in EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead demanding multidisciplinary industrial projects from development through execution and handover.
• Direct project delivery at strategic and commercial levels.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
