Job summary

Sweco is seeking experienced Project Directors to lead demanding industrial investment projects from development through handover. You will take strategic and commercial responsibility for delivery and develop high-performing project organisations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and collaborate closely with clients and partners across Finland and, where project requires, internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior project leadership roles delivering industrial investments.
• Experience with EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar delivery models.
• Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) and fluency in English; Finnish/Swedish an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial investment projects from development through execution, commissioning and handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters for large projects.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary project organisations and liaise with clients and partners.
