Job summary

Sweco is seeking a Project Director to lead complex industrial investment projects from initial development through execution, commissioning and handover. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and align with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery across projects and portfolios.

You will typically operate in Finland with occasional international assignments, requiring strong leadership, communication in English, and a track record of delivering major

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects.
• Experience with EPCM, PMC or Owner's Engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead demanding industrial projects from development through handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Engage with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead project at strategic and commercial levels and oversee project portfolios.
