Job summary

Sweco seeks an experienced Project Director to lead large, multidisciplinary industrial investment projects in Finland and beyond. You will oversee development, execution and handover, guiding project strategy, budgets and schedules while working with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects.
• Experience in EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar environments.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary industrial projects from development through handover.
• Direct delivery at strategic and commercial levels for projects or portfolios.
• Build and lead high-performing project organisations and manage cross-disciplinary interfaces.
