Job summary

Sweco is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead demanding industrial investments from development through handover, with EPCM or similar delivery models, including process industries and data centres.

You will manage large project teams, schedules, budgets, risks and commercial aspects, travel within Finland and internationally, and collaborate with clients and partners to deliver safe, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• A relevant technical degree (BSc, MSc or equivalent engineering qualification) and 10+ years of senior project leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects using EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams in English; Finnish/Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary industrial projects from development through handover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters across projects.
• Build high-performing project organisations and manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Engage with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.
