Job summary

Sweco in Finland seeks a Project Director to lead large industrial investments from development to handover. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate EPCM/PMC delivery, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance for complex projects such as process industries and data centers.

The role requires a senior leader able to align clients, partners and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects.
• Experience in EPCM, PMC, or Owner's Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from development to handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with clients and partners across disciplines.
