Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle customer cases from start to finish across phone, chat and email, while coordinating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

This hands-on role requires strong Finnish and English, 1+ year in a call centre, and a flexible, shift-based schedule with hybrid work and up to 40 days of remote work per year.

Qualifications

• Finnish language proficiency required with strong English communication.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience (call centre preferred).
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email from start to finish.
• Resolve customer inquiries and process essential tasks.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs with excellent customer experience.
