You’ll be frontline for thousands of active players, handling live chat, email support, and account verification while collaborating with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or live chat).
• Native or near-native Finnish (C2) and strong written and spoken English.
• Experience navigating CRM dashboards and handling multiple browser tabs quickly.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and join an international, expat culture.

Responsibilities

• Live chat and email support to assist players with game rules, bonuses, payouts, and account verification.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot tech glitches, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Bring energy, personality, and active listening to daily interactions.
