Next Job Abroad is seeking a customer service specialist to support iGaming players in Finnish, with strong English and a flexible shift schedule. No prior iGaming experience is required as training will be provided.

You will listen to players, explain products and policies, assist with account details, and uphold responsible gambling. The role rewards empathy, organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Provide quality customer support in a timely, personal and professional manner.
• Assist players with product/site/policy explanations and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Enable players with quality solutions in a timely, personal, and professional manner.
• Identify and support players in difficulties they might encounter.
• Explain products, site policies, and promotions to customers.
• Update customer accounts with necessary information as needed.
• Understand and guide players in Responsible Gambling.
• Collaborate with Fraud and Payments teams for queries.
• Understand AML and report suspicious activity.
