Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Educate customers about our gaming offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback for improvement.
