Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email, taking ownership of cases from start to finish and working with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

Hybrid working model with relocation support and an international expat environment.

Qualifications

• Finnish-speaking customer support experience

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Handle customer enquiries end-to-end and resolve issues.
• Process withdrawals and manage KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
