Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Finnish market for a premium iGaming client. You will handle chat and email queries in Finnish and English, conduct KYC/document processing, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Work shifts are 8:00–01:00 with potential night shifts, and the role includes opportunities to cross-sell while maintaining player trust and safety. Offices are located in Malta with a close, growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or similar role in iGaming.
• Native Finnish speaker with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts between 8 am - 1 am, with potential night shifts.
• Location: Malta.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via chat and emails in Finnish and English.
• Respond to live chat and email queries from players.
• Be responsible for KYC duties and document processing.
• Investigate inquiries to determine customer needs.
• Communicate in a prompt, warm, and empathetic manner.
• Aim for first-time resolution where possible.
• Cross-sell and promote opportunities.
• Identify RG concerns and provide support.
• Put the player first at all times!
