Job summary

Next Job Abroad client develops premium iGaming brands and is expanding its Finnish customer service team in Malta. You will deliver top-notch support via chat and email, handling Finnish and English inquiries with care and improving the player experience.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will handle KYC duties, process documents, and strive for first-time resolutions while staying vigilant about security and RG concerns. This role is based in Malta and requires shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or a similar role in iGaming.
• Native Finnish speaker with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts between 8 am - 1 am, with potential night shifts if needed.
• Location: Malta

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via chat and emails in Finnish and English.
• Respond professionally to live chat and email queries from players.
• Be responsible for KYC duties and Document Processing.
• Listen, probe, and investigate inquiries to determine customer needs.
• Communicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic manner.
• Provide first-time resolution where possible.
• Remain vigilant of suspicious activity.
• Look to cross-sell and promote opportunities.
• Identify RG concerns and provide necessary support.
