Next Job Abroad seeks a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an iGaming team in Malta. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, own customer cases end-to-end, and collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

The role blends hybrid work with substantial remote days and a relocation package. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of contact centre experience, fluent Finnish and good English, and a structured, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent Finnish and good English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
