Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking customer service professional to support our client's Finnish market. You will handle chat and email queries in Finnish and English, assist with KYC duties, and strive for first-time resolution while maintaining a customer-first approach.

The role requires availability to work shifts between 8 am and 1 am, with potential night shifts. Location is Malta, with a close team in Malta and Marbella, and a commute allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or a similar role in iGaming.
• Native Finnish speaker with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts between 8 am - 1 am, with potential night shifts if needed.
• Location: Malta.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via chat and emails in Finnish and English.
• Respond to live chat and email queries from players.
• Be responsible for KYC duties and Document Processing.
• Listen, probe, and investigate inquiries to determine customer needs.
• Communicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic manner.
• Provide first-time resolution where possible.
• Remain vigilant of suspicious activity and take appropriate actions.
• Look to cross-sell and promote opportunities.
• Identify RG concerns and provide support.
• Put the player first at all times.
