Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support professional to join our client's iGaming team. You will handle chat and email inquiries in Finnish and English, perform KYC duties, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach from Malta.

You will work shifts from 8 am to 1 am with potential night shifts. The team operates across Malta and Marbella offices, offering a dynamic environment and commuting allowance. Join a growing iGaming business and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or a similar role in iGaming.
• Native Finnish speaker with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts between 8 am - 1 am, with potential night shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via chat and emails in both Finnish and English
• Respond professionally to a range of live chat and email queries from our clients players
• Be responsible for KYC duties and Document Processing
• Listen, probe, and investigate inquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer
• Communicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic manner
• Provide first-time resolution where possible
• Remain vigilant of any suspicious activity and escape accordingly
• Look to cross-sell and promote all opportunities
• Identify RG concerns within live communications and provide the necessary support
• Put the player first at all times!
