Ideal candidates have hands-on customer service experience, native or near-native Finnish (C2) and strong English, plus a tech-savvy mindset to navigate CRM dashboards and internal tools. Relocation packages are provided.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat & Email Support: assist players in real-time with rules, activations, payouts, and verifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, de-escalate situations, and ensure a positive user experience.
