Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an iGaming team in Malta. You will support customers via phone, chat, and email, handling cases from start to finish while collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

You’ll work a hybrid schedule with remote days and a relocation package, plus a bonus scheme and international health insurance as part of a vibrant expat community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
• 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work shifts; EU passport or right to work in Malta required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat and email from start to finish.
• Resolve enquiries and process financial and KYC-related tasks.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements.
