Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You’ll handle sportsbook and online casino queries via phone, chat, and email, owning cases from start to finish while collaborating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

The role offers a shift-based schedule with evenings and weekends, a hybrid model, and up to 40 days remote per year. Malta-based expat assignment with relocation support and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and good English communication abilities.
• At least 1 year in customer support (call centre or similar).
• Comfort with using multiple computer systems and tools.
• Structured and analytical approach to tasks.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat and email.
• Resolve customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and manage KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
