Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, owning cases from start to finish while coordinating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

Relocation is provided, with a hybrid working model and up to 40 remote days per year. Excellent Finnish and strong English required; EU work eligibility is a must.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent Finnish and good English, both spoken and written.
• Confidence with multiple software systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Malta; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish with a customer‑centric approach.
• Process inquiries related to payments and KYC where applicable.
• Perform daily security checks and identify trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams to protect customers.
