Next Job Abroad is actively seeking energetic, early-career customer support professionals to join our dynamic iGaming team in Malta. Excellent Finnish language skills and English proficiency, plus a relocation mindset, are essential.

You will handle live chat and email support, resolve issues, and collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams in a fast-paced, international environment. Relocation package includes flights and accommodation, with a competitive base salary and performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Ability to multitask, handle chat queues, and deliver 5-star support under pressure.
• Native or near-native Finnish (C2) plus strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support for players with game rules, bonuses, payouts, and account verification.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot tech glitches, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high energy, bring personality and active listening to the team every day.
