Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Service Star for a Malta-based hybrid role. You will become an expert on sportsbook and casino brands and assist players via calls, chats and emails, taking ownership of cases and guiding them to resolution.

You must be fluent in Finnish, enjoy sports and casino, and be able to adapt to shift work. Analytical thinking, multitasking, and strong communication are essential. Prior CS experience is a plus, and relocation benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat and email.
• Own cases to full resolution when needed.
• Coordinate with other teams to solve issues efficiently.
• Approve withdrawals upon player requests.
• Process KYC and required documentation.
• Run daily security checks on new accounts and transactions.
• Meet personal KPIs to support SLAs.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and knowledge base.
• Handle ad hoc tasks from CS Management.
