Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Customer Service Star to support Finnish-speaking players across sports and casino brands. You will handle calls, chats and emails, ensuring smooth service while resolving complex issues and helping players with account and payment needs.

You will contribute ideas to improve processes, train others and keep the knowledge base fresh. The role offers hybrid work with generous remote options and relocation benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat and email.
• Take ownership of customer cases and see through to resolution.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process KYC and documentation as required.
• Support security checks and monitor account activity.
• Provide feedback to improve knowledge base and self-service tools.
• Analyze customer trends and report insights.
