Job summary

Mynt is expanding in Helsinki, Finland, and seeks driven Sales & Business Developers to join our new local team. You will own the full sales cycle, engage CEOs and CFOs, and help demonstrate how Mynt simplifies financial processes for Finnish businesses from day one.

You’ll collaborate with the local team and HQ in Stockholm, representing the brand as a trusted advisor and contributing to rapid growth in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in Finland.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Proven closers with C-level experience.
• Startup experience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Set up meetings with Finnish market executives via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Advise on strategic opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Represent Mynt in the Finnish market and act as a trusted advisor.
