Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (required).
• At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry designing complex customer solutions.
• Strong technical skills in AV-over-IP, Dante, AES67, and related design tools.
• Proficient in Finnish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design innovative AV solutions meeting customer requirements leveraging Dustin's portfolio.
• Conduct customer site surveys and produce equipment lists and diagrams.
• Create technical designs and provide training while collaborating with sales, product management, and delivery teams.
