Job summary

Atea Finland Oy is seeking an AV Solutions Sales Manager in Tampere to strengthen Pirkanmaa customer relationships and drive AV sales. This full-time role focuses on understanding customer needs, building technical solutions, and managing commercial outcomes across proposals and implementations.

You will collaborate with Atean account managers, AV designers, project managers and experts to deliver integrated AV solutions while traveling mainly within the Pirkanmaa region.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution/technical/service sales.

Responsibilities

• Map customer operations, spaces and usage needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build appropriate AV solutions and service packages with our experts.
• Take responsibility for the commercial aspects of proposals and drive opportunities to completion.
• Develop Pirkanmaa accounts and the sales funnel with regional account managers.
• Ensure customer needs move clearly into planning, project management and implementation.
