Job summary

Dustin in Finland is seeking an AV Solution Architect to design advanced AV solutions for diverse industries, leading customer environments from concept to delivery. You will partner with sales, product management and delivery teams to shape Dustin's AV offering and drive technical excellence while delivering customer-focused outcomes.

The role requires at least 5 years in AV, expertise in AV-over-IP, Dante, AES67, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (required).
• At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry designing complex customer solutions.
• Strong technical skills in AV-over-IP, Dante, AES67, and related design tools.
• Proficient in Finnish (written and spoken).

You will be part of a leading team of AV Solution Architects in Finland, working closely with experienced colleagues on complex and challenging customer cases across multiple industries. The team collaborates closely with AV Solution Sales and AV Delivery & Operations, creating a strong partnership between solution design, sales, and delivery. Led by Ville-Petteri Joensuu, the team values openness, independence, and a proactive way of working.

Your role & influence as AV Solution Architect

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing innovative and demanding AV solutions that meet customer needs, while working closely with sales, product management, and delivery teams to develop Dustin's AV offering and drive technical excellence.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of customers' AV needs. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments AV Solution Sales and AV Delivery & Operations, designing innovative solutions and ensuring successful customer outcomes from concept to delivery.

Core activities:

• Design and develop innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging Dustin's AV portfolio and leading technologies.
• Conduct customer site surveys and produce equipment lists, connection diagrams, and other technical documentation to support successful project delivery.
• Create technical designs and provide training while collaborating with sales, product management, and delivery teams to continuously develop and improve the AV offering.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the AV industry and experience designing complex AV solutions for customers.
• You have strong technical skills within AV-over-IP, Dante, AES67, technical documentation and drawing, and preferably experience with AV networking, professional audio, or related design tools such as D-Tools, Visio, Stardraw, or AutoCAD.
• Professional proficiency in Finnish, both written and spoken.
