Position

At CAREL Iberica, the commercial subsidiary for Spain and Portugal, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to strengthen our team, support existing clients, and drive growth in new market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Reinforce current business and expand into new channels by promoting CAREL’s full range of HVAC / R solutions.
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers and technical quotations.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to ensure optimal product application.
  • Represent CAREL at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand our network and visibility.
  • Organize technical and commercial training sessions for customers.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, understand their needs, and present solutions.
  • Collaborate with CAREL HQ teams on product launches and commercial strategies.
Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or customer technical service in B2B sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a technical background, preferably in HVAC / R (Industrial Electronics, Automation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, etc.).
  • Excellent learning ability and a desire to take on new challenges in a flexible and stimulating environment.
  • Proactive, innovative, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
