Job summary
A leading SAP consulting firm is looking for a talented SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join their remote team. You will assist organizations with implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities by collaborating with clients, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support. We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking / Time Management modules.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
