We are a recruitment and business development boutique focused on Automotive, Industrial, and IT / Software markets across Europe. Our Influence Node Method lets the market “work for us” : we activate trusted practitioners to surface market-validated talent for our clients.

The role (what you’ll do)

Open doors

with target companies (CEOs, HR / TA Leaders, Division Heads) via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions.

Run a simple, value-first outreach: short discovery, map pain points, and book meetings for our team.

Coordinate intro calls, proposals, and follow-ups with Humansforce consultants.

Share market signals (open roles, reorganisations, expansion) to sharpen campaigns.

Ideal profile

3–7+ years in new-business / sales development / partnership sales (agency, SaaS, or services).

Comfortable with prospecting and executive conversations; concise writer.

Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

English and Spanish fluency

  • required;

German a plus.

Independent, trustworthy, and outcome-driven.

Commission & earnings

Commission-only (freelance / independent contractor).

Generous commissions on every signed client and successful hire / project.

How success looks like :

2 positions means a commission of 5,000 - 8,000 EUR.
