A customer support firm is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Czech/Slovak and English for a night shift role. This fully remote position involves delivering exceptional customer support via email and live chat, processing inquiries, and collaborating with the team. Ideal candidates will show proactive customer support skills, communication prowess, and the ability to work through a 3:3 shift pattern. Formación
