MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a part-time, evening, freelance basis. As a Remote Accounting Assistant, you will support our accounting department with data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and other financial tasks, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and on time. • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Support with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Perform data entry of accounting transactions into company systems.

• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or errors.

• Assist with preparing documents for audits and compliance reporting.

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and sensitive information.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing).

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero) and MS Excel.

• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles.
