A leading travel solutions provider in Madrid seeks a Sales Manager to acquire new key accounts and develop relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales, ideally from the hospitality sector. Fluency in Korean is essential, with Mandarin as a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Acquisition of new key accounts / clients(wholesale online-OTAs,travel agent,tour operator, DMCs) within the assigned regional;
In charge of existing clients to get more margin;
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities;
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products / services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience;
Minimal 3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce and / or revenue management, highly preferred within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2 B channels);
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence external / internal stakeholders;
Commercially good knowledge of business for B2 B, as well as new business segments and models.
Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships;
Excellent command of Korean language, both written and spoken;
Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage;
