We are now looking for the founders of our next venture in the Digital Health space. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies
• Building, leading, and motivating a strong team
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
• Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors

Requirements:

• Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty
• 5 years of experience in startups / scale-ups, having previously held a management position
• Bonus: previous experience in Digital Health
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
• Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
• Being part of Antai’s ecosystem, comprised of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1BN+ companies.
