Formación

• 2-4 años de experiencia en Finanzas Corporativas o FP&A en una empresa tecnológica.
• Habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Office y G-Suite son imprescindibles.

YOUR MISSION

The Spanish Finance & Strategy team is looking for a 360º, analytical and hands-on Sr. Analyst who can provide support in strategic decision-making as well as day-to-day finance operations. The successful candidate will also support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and participate in various central FP&A projects and initiatives.

THE JOURNEY

1. Be part of the Finance & Strategy Team in Spain and help us take decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country.
2. Support the Spanish Finance & Strategy team on the FP&A and controlling functions (Business Plan, monthly closings, etc).
3. Lead and participate in finance related projects in order to improve our processes and data reliability.
4. Analyze business & financial KPIs to challenge teams to drive financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs through thorough data and financial analysis.
5. Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting, etc) to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of Spain’s customers and partners in any topic related to Finance.
6. Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas / businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

1. A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline is a must.
2. Advanced level in Microsoft Office / G-Suite is a must.
3. Able to handle a high volume of transactions / data and discover trends, patterns and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams.
4. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience.
5. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in positions related to: Corporate Finance, Strategy, FP&A in a top tier tech company, consulting firm, or PE / venture capital firm.
6. Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and in general, using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems.
7. Proficient in English and Spanish language.
8. Analytical and 360 mindset.
