Begin with product training to understand SailPoint solutions. Progress to working on projects to connect with customer environments and learn project delivery. Within six months, you'll implement solutions on small to medium projects, operating independently and guiding customers on best practices. By year one, you'll handle larger projects, mentor junior staff, and provide expert guidance to clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering preferred. Certifications like J2EE or SailPoint Certified Engineer are a plus, with the latter expected within 12 months.
This role requires up to 15% travel.
