Job Description:

1. Subject Matter Expert with TAP Experience

Experience required: 6 years

• Develop and parameterize applications based on business requirements using Temenos WSFO (TAP, Triple’A – 21AMR).
• Define and execute data migrations, such as during product upgrades.
• Experience with lifecycle and product updates.
• Extensive knowledge of the Temenos landscape and TAP integration with T24 (Transact).
• Support business requests with analysis, solutions, advice, and corrections.
• Monitor daily processes and support incident correction as Level 3 support.
• Setup and execute release deployments.

Required experience and skills:

• Several years of experience with Triple A.
• Experience in incident management and 2nd/3rd level support.
• Programming experience, preferably Unix scripting and Java.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience working in agile project environments.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and finance.
• Familiarity with agile tools like Jira.
• Experience requirements engineering and translating business needs into IT solutions.

Education and certifications:

• Higher education in IT (e.g., University of Applied Sciences) or an Advanced Federal Diploma in Business Informatics.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar financial industry role, with:

• Strong understanding of software design, development, and customization processes.
• Ability to analyze complex, poorly defined problems and provide solutions independently.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments.
