Who you are :

What You’ll Do :

Begin with product training to understand SailPoint solutions. Progress to working on projects to connect with customer environments and learn project delivery. Within six months, you'll implement solutions on small to medium projects, operating independently and guiding customers on best practices. By year one, you'll handle larger projects, mentor junior staff, and provide expert guidance to clients.

Responsibilities :

• Install, integrate, and deploy SailPoint software and SaaS solutions with customers.
• Communicate technical and functional aspects of solutions to clients and partners.
• Configure SailPoint solutions as per Solution Architect's guidance and contribute to solution design.
• Deliver technical training to customers and partners.
• Build and evaluate rules for clients.

Requirements :

• Over 3 years of professional experience in a tech company, including at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience installing software on Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of databases like Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with enterprise directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Understanding of networking principles: SSL/TLS, HTTPS, certificate management, TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Fluent in French and English.

Preferred :

• Knowledge of IAM concepts, methods, and tools.
• Experience with IAM integration and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with web technologies like SOAP, REST APIs, and application servers.
• Experience working with project teams under deadlines.
• Quality assurance experience and security or IT audit background.

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering preferred. Certifications like J2EE or SailPoint Certified Engineer are a plus, with the latter expected within 12 months.

Travel :

This role requires up to 15% travel.
