Our Goals

• Collaborate with the best: Work with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to develop AI-powered fintech solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied Machine Learning experience in industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., ScikitLearn, Transformers, PyTorch).
• Experience with classical ML (e.g., XGBoost) and deep models (e.g., RNNs).
• Expertise in NLP and computer vision.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling in finance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy in finance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, loosely defined environments with competing priorities.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with credit scoring, ad optimization, or large language models.
• Knowledge of continued pre-training and fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Experience with quantitative finance.
• Contributions to open-source or research publications in FinTech.
