Schiller International University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our educational programs. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes, ensuring that the university meets and exceeds academic standards and regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Review and management of the Institutional Effectiveness Plan (IEP) and the Campus Effectiveness Plan (CEP)
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance educational quality
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of academic programs and services
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data related to student performance and satisfaction to inform decision-making
- Prepare reports and presentations for university leadership on quality assurance initiatives and outcomes
- Facilitate training and workshops for faculty and staff on quality assurance best practices
- Serve as a liaison with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and recommend improvements
- Perform annual assessment for academic programs and administrative units.
- Draft annual improvement plans for all areas of the institution.
- Help prepare for reaffirmation and other accrediting visits.
- Any other duties as assigned by the CEO, CCQ, and CAO.
Position requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Research, Data Analysis, or a related field; or any combination of equivalent education and experience approved by HR and the hiring manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in higher education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and standards is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Mastery of English a must
- Knowledge of Campus languages (Spanish, German or French) a plus
