What youll do
- Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities in Dutch- and French-speaking markets generate prospects, engage potential clients, and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Communicate confidently with clients and partners in Dutch, French and English; prepare proposals, follow up on interest, and maintain professional relations throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align outreach strategies, ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and coordinate service delivery.
- Monitor results and performance metrics, generate reports on outreach activities, conversion, and pipeline status using data to support recommendations and continuous improvement.
- Help refine and shape business-development processes: contribute ideas to optimize outreach, client acquisition and retention for the Dutch and French markets.
What were looking for
- Native or fluent Dutch and French (C1+), with excellent written and spoken communication skills; good English to operate in an international environment.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles ideally in a cross-border or multilingual context.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple leads/accounts, follow up consistently, and document interactions carefully.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team, adapting to changing demands and priorities.
- A positive, customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
