Job summary

Concentrix Spain in Valencia is seeking an onsite Sales Manager to lead the Valencia hub, coach agents, and drive sales performance across teams. You will oversee leads, recruitment coordination with HR, and ensure service quality.

The role requires bilingual German and advanced English, solid IT familiarity, and strong customer-care skills. We offer a full-time contract, a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus up to €4,000 gross per year in bonus, plus benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or proficient in German and advanced level of English.
• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.
• Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Previous experience IT knowledge is beneficial.
• High customer care knowledge.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all sales leads in our Valencia hub.
• Manage directly small team of sales agents.
• Monitor and report team performance and provide feedback weekly.
• Motivate as a team leader and site leader, controlling turnover.
• Organise weekly meetings to review performance and updates.
• Manage training needs and recruitment collaboration with HR.
• Handle disciplinary issues and hiring requests with HR guidance.
• Organise shifts and optimize scheduling.
• Take incoming customer calls and log details in the system.
• Collect metrics and report to management and customers.
