Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in German and English at an advanced level.
• IT platform knowledge: Windows/MS Office and basic internet configuration.
• Business awareness and commercial acumen.
• Experience with IT knowledge.
• High level of customer care.
• Track record in outbound sales.
• Experience managing sales pipelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to implement and manage change.
• Adherence to security rules of the company.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all sales leads in Valencia hub.
• Directly manage a small team of sales agents.
• Monitor and report team performance; provide weekly feedback.
• Motivate and lead the team; manage turnover and retention.
• Organize weekly team meetings and communicate changes.
• Track training needs and improve agents' skills.
• Assist HR in recruitment and interviewing.
• Handle disciplinary issues with HR involvement.
• Advise on hiring to complete the team using metrics.
• Organise shifts and ensure processes are up to date.
