Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Sales Manager (German Speaking) onsite in Valencia to lead a small sales team and manage leads across the hub. You will coach agents, monitor performance, and report results to ensure service levels and financial targets are met.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in German and English with strong IT knowledge, customer care experience, and ability to manage change within a fast-paced environment. Full-time with a fixed schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• German and advanced English required.
• IT knowledge and familiarity with Windows/MS Office.
• Strong customer care experience and sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all sales leads in the Valencia hub.
• Manage a small team of sales agents.
• Monitor and report team performance and provide feedback.
• Lead weekly feedback to motivate and improve daily work.
• Organise shifts and ensure smooth operation of the Valencia site.
• Support in critical problems and handle escalations within SLA.
