Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Sales Team Leader (German Speaking) to lead an onsite team in Valencia. You will drive sales results, forecast accurately in CRM, and remove roadblocks to maximize opportunities.

Formación

• German language proficiency or bilingual English/German is required.
• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results.
• Excellent coaching history and ability to develop employees.
• Experience developing and retaining great employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience finding solutions as a manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve targets and meet performance metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Enable the team by removing roadblocks and supporting sales opportunities.
• Monitor team call time, conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop sales plays and best practices.
• Stay current on client services and market developments and inform the team accordingly.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and client to foster strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with client contacts on reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure alignment to operating plan targets and CPTs, and drive sales outcomes.
• Coordinate team incentives and partnerships to meet customer expectations.
