Job summary

Concentrix in Valencia is seeking a Sr. Sales Team Leader (German Speaking) to lead a high-performance sales team onsite. You will drive targets, forecast, and coach members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires German language proficiency, 3+ years in sales, and a track record of developing teams, optimizing revenue, and working with CRM tools like Salesforce.com. This is a full-time onsite position with training and career development.

Qualifications

German bilingual proficiency is required.
3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and KPIs with weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Remove roadblocks and support opportunities to enable sales growth.
Monitor team call time, drive productivity, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
Analyze data trends to craft strategic sales plays for territories.
Stay informed on client developments and market trends relevant to the team.
Maintain communications with Sales Director and client to foster relationships.
Coordinate reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
Align team activities to operating plans and CPT targets.
