Job Description

Blue Code Alicante is building a freelance UX / UI Web Designer Talent Pool for upcoming projects with international clients and for our own website and digital channels in Europe. We are looking for experienced designers who can create modern, conversion focused websites and landing pages for tech and software companies.

You will be part of a small pool of trusted partners and matched to projects based on experience, portfolio, availability and rates.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern website layouts for B2B tech and IT services
• Create UX flows and wireframes for service pages, cases and lead forms
• Translate strategy and messaging into strong visual concepts for homepages and key sections
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography and components across the whole site
• Collaborate with developers to hand over designs and support implementation
• Create visual assets for campaigns, LinkedIn posts and presentations when needed
• Propose UX improvements based on user behaviour and conversion goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as UX / UI or web designer
• Strong portfolio in website design for tech, SaaS or B2B companies
• Expert level in Figma for wireframes, layouts and design systems
• Solid understanding of UX for service pages, case studies and lead capture
• Strong visual skills for layout, typography and component based design
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and marketing teams
• Strong written and spoken English
• Based in Alicante or nearby, available for occasional on site meetings is a must
• Freelance status, able to work on a project by project basis
