A B2B sales & marketing agency is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with IT managers in the US market. You'll have a structured onboarding process and an uncapped commission system potentially yielding significant earnings. The position requires strong communication skills and a target-driven mentality. Located in Las Rozas, Spain, this role offers team-building activities and excellent work conditions.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement.
• Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The place of residence must be in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid).
• Able to work in Spain legally (full-time).

Responsabilidades

• Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone.
• Present our client's innovative IT solutions.
• Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts.
